Black Sesame Sauce or Dip
I recently discovered black sesame butter and love it. It is rich in calcium and magnesium, and a good source of protein, fiber, iron, niacin, B3 and zinc. Try spreading it on crackers or vegetables as you might use peanut butter.
Ingredients:
1 cup black sesame butter (easy to order on-line)
2-3 T real maple syrup or honey
juice of 1 1/2 lemons
1/3 cup filtered water
ground pink sea salt to taste
Here’s How:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir.
Refrigerate and serve with cut up vegetables or over stir fry or grain.
