Coe's Coconut Crunch

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups organic unsweetened coconut flakes

  • 1 cup organic unsweetened coconut chips

  • 1/4 cup hulled sesame seeds

  • 1/4 cup black sesame seeds

  • 1/4 tsp of ground Himalayan Pink Salt

  • 1/3 cup real maple syrup

Here's How:

  1. Preheat oven to 300.

  2. Grease a cookie sheet with olive oil or ghee, or whatever you choose.

  3. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.

  4. Slowly pour syrup over mixture and mix thoroughly.

  5. Spread mixture evenly and bake for 7 minutes, setting a timer.

  6. Mix and bake again for 5 minutes.

  7. Keep mixing and baking for 2-4 more rounds until the mixture browns. Check after 3 minutes by 3rd round.

  8. Let it cool and enjoy.

This munchy treat can be stored in airtight containers for weeks although it will be gone before long.
