Miso yoghurt Dressing or Dip

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp chopped ginger

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 2 T light miso

  • 2 T toasted sesame oil

  • 2 T rice vinegar

  • 4 T greek plain yoghurt

  • 1/4 tsp hot sauce or dash of cayenne

Here’s How:

  1. In a food processor, blend ginger and garlic.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend, saving yoghurt for last.

  3. Pulse yoghurt in and mix until blended.

  4. Chill before using as salad dressing or dip.
