Tangy Parsley Miso Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup packed parsley

  • 1 1/2 tsp peeled ginger

  • 2-3 T light miso

  • 2 T olive oil

  • 1 T tahini

  • juice of lemon (2-3 T)

  • juice of lime (2 T)

  • 1 T honey (optional)

  • salt and pepper to taste

Here’s How:

  1. Use a food processor and chop the parsley first, then add ginger and pulse.

  2. Add remaining ingredients.

  3. Season with salt and pepper and serve as a dip with veggies
